    Hey guys, I'm looking for a Rs3 combat skill training:

    Attack: 91-93
    Strength: 92-93

    Account is f2p atm.

    How much are you willing to pay?

    Also, it honestly sounds like it'd be cheaper to make it a member with a bond then train it, so in regards to that what members weaponry do you have access to and what questing training spots?
