You Can Find Them On Smoke Well dungeon, west of Pollnivneach , And Chaos Tunnel.

Gloves: Barrow's Gloves <> Dragon Gloves
Boots: Dragon Boots Are Better
Ring: Berserker Ring <> Ring Of Life <> Ring Of Wealth

Dust Devils are 93 Combat Level [105 Hitpoint] , They Attack With Melee You Don't Need Any Quest.
You Can't Train Range At Dust Devils On Chaos Tunnel , You Need To Go For Range West Of Pollivnache [Smoke well Dungeon].

If You Want To Stay More when You Don't Have Food , Get [Bones To Peach]
1.2k Each.
You Can Get Food From Dust Devils , Cuz They Drop Ugthanki Kebabs(1-4).​

Could get 5 in row or u could kill 15k of them and nothing its the luck of the game. Nice guide never plan on getting 65 slayer on my pure slayer is right up there with farming as my most hated skills. 8/10

and Runehq says that the chances of getting a D Chain is 1 in 10k, I tried for a while, but gave up after like 5k kills...
