Combat levelling area advice

Orrite so ive been botting and after a short period i got attk/str/def to 60(not a pure/PK/PvP char) and i was wondering where i should level now, i have full rune and 2.5m for funding if i need pots/food and good food. I was wondering where i'd go if im F2P and where if P2P because im trying to trade around shet for a member pin so ya....thanks tonnes for your help and post your opinion down there

 

f2p id stick with lesser demons.
