Combat Evolved?

[florol]

Alright so I haven't been up to date with Runescape for quite a while, and usually just log in to do the spinning stuff.

So when is this "Combat update" being released? Is it going to be f2p?

"The actual update is estimated to take place in September (which can be available to all servers, including Free-To-Play), but this is subject to changes. "
