Best Combat Training Methods?

Hello.. I have looked through several forums and not found any tips/information on what is the best monster to train on for either melee or magic combat experience now, can anyone here contribute ideas?

For magic/range, ape atoll skeletons were nerfed and now only yield 77 exp each.

 

Magic, Best COmbat related xp is barraging in Chaos tunnels. 400k+ an hour if you do it properly on ice weak NPC's.

Melee Xp, Dharoks at hellhounds or other slash weak monster yield 200k+ xp /hour.

 

I've heard from a friend that Dharok's at fire giants is like 350k experience p/h, maybe more with OVLs and what-not. Just eat at 1k HP.

 

Jack, I personally train at fire giants and get around 250k, I can't see a higher rate being feasible as I still nearly 1 hit them all! But nonetheless the xp is insane (compared to pre-eoc. )

 

dark beasts are easy and pretty quick at 804 range xp per kill and profit

 

Dark beasts. Go there with CCB and offhand CCB, and you get mad xp/hr. ik currently trying to get them purely for this, but I doubt I'll succeed.

 

I already have 200m ranged exp, but thanks that might be helpful to others, and I will try fire giants
