College and Runescape.

thanks man this helped me a lot. Thankfully, my parents can afford to have my schooling covered without financial aid, so all this money is basically going to me for personal gain. Unfortunately I don't get much from my parents anyways, so the money I make from this is better than say my weekly allowance if you know what i mean

 

Finished my first semester of college with a 4.0, and I had the exact same concerns as you. I played RS and promod on CoD4 (PC of course) alot during that first semester. I basically made no friends, and spent my free time doing homework, hanging with my girlfriend, or playing games. Of course I've had a job ever since I could, but the point is I didnt really socialize. I knew no-one and it didnt really bother me because I had an online community to always come home to. This second semester is going just as smooth, however I've quit CoD4 for the most part and just farm gold on RS. So I've met alot more people and actually been out to a few parties. It just really depends on your idea of a good time man.

 

My suggestion is to play only to make profit, not for the game. Life starts getting better right around college you don't want to be that kid that still fucks with 5 year olds animation games especially now that the game is in the shitter, a few years back before Jagex fucked the game in the ass I'd be cool to play it while you're high and shit, but now there's no point. Make your profit and fuck around in real life.
