COD MW2 Xbox 360 Game for PC Version

I have a COD MW 2 Xbox 360 game that I wish to trade for the PC version. It is the Prestige Edition game so it includes CoD 1 and other features. Let me know if you would like to do the trade. We will use an MM or you will go first (giving me the cd-key so I can get it activated on steam).
