    cod advanced warfare vs cs:go

So i have been playing advanced warfare(and other cods) for a while on PC, and im quite good at it. Do you think it would be easy or hard to adopt to cs:go?

It's different, you have to be much more careful and think about strategies and such. However, you will be placed in your own skillgroup when you start playing the game, so you shouldn't have to worry about losing all the time. I still like CS:GO after playing for almost 2 years now, you should definitely try it. :)

Here's a video I saw a while ago of a COD player playing CS:GO, he mainly has some problems with controlling the recoil:

Itd be hard, COD is more for gameplay than realism. at the professional level for csgo it comes down to insta headshots and really quick reaction time/thinking.

Your general ability of game sense will carry over for sure but other than that Cs:Go requires unique skills unlike any FPS.

CS requires skill, I mean skill. Especially if you want to play competitively and rank up, because unlike CoD, in CS, you actually play in games with people your skill level. Adjusting to CS from CoD can seem very strange at first, because you'll need to get used to instead of rushing and all that nonsense, it requires thinking alot, and strategy.

Besides that, the game is fantastic and once you learn the mechanics and start getting better, it becomes addicted. :)

In CS:GO, run and gun does not exist. Aim can be affected by recoil, movement, etc.

CS takes a lot more skill and tactic to get good at. You can't just run around and shoot at everything expecting your shots to hit, because they won't.

Hard, being shot at a ridiculous angle through a floor, getting 2 pixels of your head out of position and dying, I wouldn't call it slow but it is differently played at a different pace to CoD. Also you cannot use a CoD playstyle on CSGO.

League system is retarded, as you'd imagine in a pugged ladder.
