How can you casually train RC and Agility

How can you casually train RC and Agility

RIP

I don't plan on getting those up very high at all.

If anything, I will use some barbarian fishing for the 60k fish xp / hr & added agility experience for a few levels, you can get
up to 5,000 xp/hr in agility there. 20 Hours there would be good fish xp and also about 100,000 agility xp getting me about 60
agility.

I got a plan for everything, except RC, but once again, probably only going to get that to 60.

Currently working on getting 90+ Fishing & doing quests on my pure.

Just got 99 Mage on my pure.
