    Max out melee stats, keep 25 pray+1 summon and get a rapier then go stake.

    i would recommend maxing out your combast stats and get prayer. you need to give us an idea of what youre looking to do with the account, if its pking, pvm, etc.

    Whatever you do, get your Summoning up if you intend on doing things on that account and not selling it.

    Summoning is useful for EVERYTHING.
