CLS vs CR

Strictly for bossing. Flat 99's, overloads, which one?

 

Depends on boss. Wouldn't try arma with either lol. Bandos and dragons are all weak to stab so rapier for those.

Chaotic Long Sword & Chaotic Rapier.

I'd go with the rapier myself, its commonly used for a lot of bossing, and has better outside uses than the others.

 

If your maxed rapier is best. (For everything apart from tds/sara)
Cls is okay for gwd sucks for everything else though.
Im maxed with both, i use cls for everything apart from tds but i use maul there anyway (I dont do sara)

 

^ Wait, you said rapier is best if your maxed but then proceeded to say you use CLS for everything but TD and sara.

K so for bandos boss cr is best, what about for next, TD's, and the zammy/sara bosses?

Also for arma I assume the chatoic crossbow is the best?

I'm going to end up getting 2, so if I could get a CR and a CC that would be good.

What about Frost Dragons, whats the best for them?

 

Frost dragons are weak too stab, so a chaotic rapier would be the best choice.

Also, he said he used Rapier for everything else, not CLS. You switched em around.

 

Id go with rapier

 

Rapier, fast as a whip, strong as a godsword. I love it.
Can be used for slaying / bosses.

 

CLS for bossing but i should take rapier

 

I'd go with Maul (Even though that's not an option)
It owns EVERY Boss that's worth doing (GWD/Tds etc.)

But since that's not an option and you said STRICTLY for bossing I'd go with CLS. (Chose CLS because if you're only going to boss then get it, if you're going to do other stuff like Slayer then I'd get a Rapier.)

 

K so I'm going to end up getting 2. 1 will be CR (b/c I am going to slay and pk probably).

Is CLS worth gettting for bossing or is the CR good enough? I've heard mixed reports.

STRICTLY for bossing which one? Any chaotic. Obviously if it is only a little better than the CR i'll probably keep it but please still tell me ur opinion!

 

CLS is good for some bosses, depends on which type as said.

I recommend CLS for many bosses though.

 

CLS rapes sara.
Otherwise, CR.

 

If you're ONLY bossing, then go with CLS. Anything else, CR.

 

for bossing, cls without a doubt.

 

cr is sufficient for bossing and slayer.. but chaotic maul owns tbh..

 

So would CR + CM be better than say CLS + CR for slayer, bossing, and pking?

 

Yes CR+CM is the best.
