    Have u even tried contacting @Sythe? This is something only he can do because if he let staff members have access to donations, they could just run off with the money lol.

    contact sythe or matthew, if you haven't yet, there should be a "check donation" button or something to check the progress of the payment or something around those lines on the user center if you didnt click it yet
