This user made a dice contract (Money for posts) and failed to pay out any randomly selected winner. Note that his contract specifies the outcome is selected COMPLETELY RANDOMLY, which does not allow for the dice host to manipulate the outcome. A Sythe dice roll will need to occur in order to determine a winner.

 

Spoke to Jack. The Donor Lounge is essentially a spam forum, all things considered. Lean is not attempting to promote any website, business, cause, etc. It is his giveaway. That being said, had he wanted to troll about a giveaway, he could have done so in the spam forum. In my eyes, as long as he pays, it's fine. It is his giveaway, so it's his decision on how he wants to hand out his money.

Going to gather another couple opinions though.

 

Dice agreements in the spam forum are not the same as dice agreements in the donor lounge. Real money is gambled in the donor lounge, and the forum has permissions set up strictly to make that possible.

This wasn't the spam forum, this was the donor lounge. Refusing to pay out obligations posted in the spam forum is a troll, refusing to pay out obligations in the Donor Lounge is scamming.
