Clearly explain the difference between the Sythe MMO sections

I've noticed that in the Sythe MMO section there are random threads being posted both in Game Discussion and Step 1 - Game Ideas/Concepts. They are easily being mixed up. I think there should 1.) Be a cleanup, each thread moved to the correct forum 2.) Be a change to the forum title/description to clearly describe which thread should go where and 3.) Have the rules be enforced properly (specifically this and this) so that there is order to the threads being posted. I think these three things would make the two forums easier to read and more organizable.

i also recomend to DO NOT ALLOW to create random threads threre....

because i have seen a loot of leechers, making a stupid thread, and trying to moderate it =P
sometimes the ideas are good, but theyr nt qualified to "moderate" it and all you can see there is spamm
