Have a dirty or sticky keyboard? Try out my guide see the difference once finished with these 6 easy steps :D

This is what you will need:
lint free cloth
cotton swabs
can of compressed air or vacuum cleaner
flat tip screwdriver or a tong
pinch of water OR 1 part water - 1 part alcohol (denatured)*

#1 Shutdown, unplug computer & keyboard.

#2 Using the screwdriver, gently remove keys (don't forget to make note of their position - better yet take a photo & print out beforehand) if you have more than one keyboard, use that as your guide, as I did.

#3 Use compressed air to remove dust & debris from keyboard.

#4 Clean keyboard with slightly damp cloth or cotton swab (do not put liquid directly on keyboard!) I dipped cotton swab, then squeezed out excess liquid.

#5 Clean each key individually (slightly damp cotton cloth).

#6 Replace keys (nothing should be wet or damp).
Heres a map of were the keys should go;

Pictures do more than you think. I think that pictures are necessary, whether its just showing a picture of a keyboard, or what you use to clean it.

I am more of a visual learner, so pictures help out a lot. They add detail and show how it should be done. I think this guide, is lacking detail, which can be provided with pictures, and just some more information.

I would give it a 6/10. Add some more details, and some pictures of the items you need, and I would rate higher because it is a good and helpful topic.

I finnaly took some advice on the pics I will update all my guides now with pics and RE SUBMIT my guide :D

You can also buy a can of air to blow out dust etc from beneath the keys.

Yes you can, but that still won't get all the dust and dirt out as much as removing the keys.

I don't mean to be rude, but I dont really think pictures for this would be necessary.
It's pretty straight-forward, you'd have to be challenged not to be able to do this without pictures.

How are pictures not necessary, they are always helpful.

this is nice guide and pictures are nice but who has sticky keyboard lol but dirty yah i guess *btw that 1 keyboard pics is really gross whos keyboard is like that >.<

Now that you got pictures I would rate the guide 8.5/10.

Good Guide.
