Hello, I've recently been browsing forums and found a guy who has scammed me long long time ago, his account was banned, but he made a new 1.

Why you think they are ban evading:
Here's the quote where he says that he has the exact same name which his banned account had+ he's selling nearly same pure as he was on the old account.
