Clarification on "Spam Forum Rules"

In appliance to the flaming clause..

Whilst we clearly won't infract for use of the word, say, ''idiot'', deliberately making a provocative, derogatory thread or post about someone will, as normal, result in infraction.

Does this mean I can use the word nigger or niggers if I'm not directing it at a single person in a derogatory manor?

For example..

"What are all you niggers up to"

or

"sup niggers"

in contrast to, for example..

"I hate niggers"

or

"Your a dirty nigger"





Is this acceptable? I'd like serious clarification from a global or admin, kthx. (I wouldn't give a shit if I was still staff imo)
