Claiming back $10 for a bad auth key.

I recently bought an auth key off a guy called Gilbert to find that next morning it wasnt working. I was just wondering what shall I claim this under? Claim that I did not receive the software, it was an unauthorised transaction or I received my item, but it is significantly not as described. For example:
The item was damaged or defective.

Also, this wasnt my fault. He claimed that he bought the key himself off rsbots, which was clearly a lie as in the client its called Perfecticus Autohunter XXL. I later found this code on a forum. He obviously grabbed it, sold it me then walked away with his $10..

 

Not significantly described I guess, as you requested a working code and didn't get one

 

File a Claim saying it was a real life item like a bike or something like that.

Paypal doesn't support virtual sales therefore you would lose the claim. Demand a tracking number for your "bike" and you will get your cash back.

 

Do not reveal that it is a virtual code or was transferred via internet. Tell them it was a certain real life item. The buyer won't be able to provide tracking info and other documents so you most likely will win the dispute.

 

ouch you got played that thread that gave out that auto hunter auth was posted on the forum about 4 days ago. you should just buy one on rsbots.net and not go throw the trouble of getting scammed by 12 yr olds.
