Claim & Cancel question

So, I made a sale, right?

The first time I sold an account here, someone cancelled their thing.

SOO, this time, I used an old old paypal, verified it, and then sent the cash to my other paypal. (received cash as a gift, then sent as a gift)

Is it possible for them to get their cash back, or can they still get it?
