Claim/Cancel Paypa.. Darn Scammers..

MODS: I am not sure if my thread got deleted or it didn't go through because I was lagging terribly, please forgive me if I posted this again somewhere.

Hey recently an idiot scammed me....(4Th... time in this site....total loss of $250...) but this time I didn't pay the scammer as a GIFT, so I opened a dispute case. What are the chances of me getting my money back? Its not a lot just under $20 and also...

I was curious how/from where does Paypal give back the money if the scammer already spent it?

If the Paypal user has any credit, debit, or bank account on file, the funds will be withdrawn from that source. Once a dispute is open, the funds are immediately frozen so the person can not spend it(unless he/she already has, in which case a negative balance will appear). If the person has no other backup source, and the dispute is closed in your favor, Paypal reserves the right to pursue the funds in any way. This means it could be sent to collections where it can fck over a persons credit.

you have a 100% chance of getting it back, just under no conditions say that it was a virtual good that is one sure fire way for the other guy to get the money back. Because there was no tracking id just say it was computer software/hardware claim it and they don't even read the responses, they'll just award you the money. If you need anymore help add my msn.
