___
Step 1: Open a your preferred web browser and visit the following website: http://www.hostgator.com/vps-hosting/

Step 3: Scroll the bar to Level 1, as you will see the price will be displayed as $19.95, but don't worry, you'll only be paying $0.01.
Step 4: Select "2 IP Address" and "Existing Domain" then type the domain name of a paid or free sub domain that you own. If you do not have a domain name or sub domain then visit http://www.000webhost.com to create one. After you have done this, click the big yellow "Order Now!" button.

Step 6: This is the most crucial part of the guide, where it says "Promotional Code" type either "CACTUS" or "TEXAS" and click the "Validate" button - this is a $25.00 discount and will update the cost of the VPS after you press validate [The cost will now be displayed as $0.01].
Step 7: Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click the "Complete Your Order" button to pay the $0.01 with your preferred payment method.
Step 8: Check your email for a confirmation email and wait for Host Gator to send you the VPS login details and all other information that you require!
