Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
User was training accounts for me and we agreed on a set price in 07 gold for the accounts & quests. After a week or so he told me it'd take longer than expected & he was refusing to do the quests. So, since the service wasn't going to be completed I said I'd pay a lower amount. After a few more weeks he finished the accounts and had asked for payment. At the time he asked for payment I was gone & we kept missing each other. Because of this I had asked numerous times to pay him in paypal that way all he had to do was leave his email address and I could pay whenever I had seen it. This had failed due to him not responding or continuing to want gold, which I didn't have at the time. After a few more times (span of 2 or 3 weeks) of him contacting me and me missing him due to different timezones I had messaged him again asking for his paypal email, which he responded with. I then paid him when I woke up and shortly after he received payment he reported me for not paying.
Sorry for the long overdue dispute, have been working 60+ hours a week and haven't had time for runescape & sythe. I'll be more active on Skype & sythe now that the summer is ending and work is finally slowing down. If you need me you can contact me on Skype, I tried going on discord but it said I needed to verify my account with the token, not sure what happened with my account on there
