Chinning to 99 range.

If you are planning on cannoning, rock crabs, BANDITS (this will extremely piss people off but it will be funny as hell and gud exp) or MAYBE Kalphites. (the 89's)

 

50m from 80-99 ranged, but use a cannon to get to 80

I got it i'll train str at bandits while cannon is there...so range+str xp l337

 

That might NOT work, because you would be getting less exp.

 

take 2 weeks, get 99 hunter... use chins for 99 range, buy ppots... in the end, sell left over chins, and make a profit.

Naw I was going to suggest that myself, that way you keep loses to a minimum.

From your range level buy 20K chins and 500 p pots.

Once someone sells me mils I;m going to buy 30K Chins and 1K P Pots. 92-99 Ranged.

 

First - seems like you never used chins .
Second - the price is WITHOUT eagle eye
Third - if you don't wear good gear (worth atleast 15M) you won't get good xp
Fourth - without eagle eye you're loosing LOTS more xp then jsut 15% .

 

Hunt the chins and buy the pray pots

 

Cannons aren't as good as people say I have used one and I know I think you should go to those big skeletons in the dungeon where Elvara is.
