I think (with guesses from a recent RS acticle) that they have actual PEOPLE in a swetshop working for this. think thats how it works. look for my discussing thread.

This is real and it works. The text on the images looks fake because all the text's in chineses and the author simply added english text to help users. I personally tried it for 2 weeks using 2 CD-Keys. Not worth it if you can't play RuneScape for a long time.
