    Explain how Canada is any better as a country as a whole.

    We have kids trying to be black here with their weed, shit music and ugly hats, while there they farm gold.

    Plus you're on sythe partly for the black market, so you shouldn't be complaining.

    Actually i think they will be able to, they're a communist party so isn't it legal to check in on personal information like internet history and such. If that is possible then they should be able to regulate it, shouldn't they?

    That's Runescape, not a country with over 1,000,000,000 living people.

    China will be able to stop it, if they actually save funds for stopping it, and try to. I think this was just to scare them.
