Small withdrawals happen every day in the form of gold being sold back ( Just want to mention that part)

 

This is a case where vendors prefer having an open balance with us to easily buy/sell gold, as implied by their supplier channel relationship with us. We've had times in the past where withdrawals are requested, then become obsolete when they're executed from our end day(s) later due to the daily rolling balance getting too low for our supplier to operate with us effectively, or going into negative. Usually because during the time a specific withdraw is being processed, business is ongoing between the two parties.

Being sensitive to this, when balances appear to being paid via gold trades through our staff team daily, the general withdrawals that are requested by vendors are implied to stabilize the balance to a reasonable amount - this is when a specific amount isn't requested to be withdrawn. For example, some vendors who transact large amounts every month enjoy keeping higher amounts in credit, this way they can absorb gold from us without having needing to top up with crypto before buying gold from us again. This logic carries over with secnx, obadias, and others. We've done business for years with these individuals, and leaning on one another in this way. Balances get higher beyond a moving threshold and/or their relationship tolerance and general withdrawals are requested to bring it down if gold sales surpassed gold purchases in a particular time frame. Over the years we've seen these thresholds increase with more business.

Secnx did request repeated general withdrawals, and although we did do a crypto withdrawal to bring balance lower recently, we didn't particularly prioritize another crypto withdrawal; as we did see consistent withdrawals being made via gold multiple times a day and so the request was bumped back in the queue.

Moving forward we'll be communicating to our vendors that they can withdraw a specific amount, and in doing so, that amount will be put aside in processing until disbursed (in other words unable to retroactively use the processing amount against gold sales). We'll also communicate that if a general withdraw is requested without any specific amount, then we'll use our best judgment as to what that amount would be without it affecting the vendors ongoing (or anticipated) business relationship with us.

On our road map this year, we also will be adding the ability to withdraw balance directly from our website with more tools such as the amount that is being processed, and available balances.
