And also, we’ve noticed some unusual activity on Discord involving accounts using similar names and interacting with our business partners.

We are not making direct accusations, but this behavior is very strange and concerning, especially given the current situation.

We just want to make this public for transparency and to prevent any possible confusion or issues with impersonation.

From my understanding here, the original trade agreement was to be as follows;

• @YanLiLi would trade 12.4b 07 to @Chicks customer #1 in exchange for a 3rd age pickaxe.

• @YanLiLi would trade the 3rd age pickaxe to @Chicks customer #2.

• @Chicks would pay @YanLiLi crypto for the 12.4b 07 at a rate of .24/m ($2,976)

3:28 - @YanLiLi traded @Chicks customer #1 the 12.4b 07 and received the 3rd age pickaxe

3:28 - @Chicks provided @YanLiLi with the username and location of customer #2 to trade them the 3rd age pickaxe, and @Chicks stated they were on their way.

3:36 - @YanLiLi informs @Chicks that customer #2 did not show up. @YanLiLi asks @Chicks to take the 3rd age pickaxe on their own account.

3:37 - @Chicks agrees to take the 3rd age pickaxe on their own account and states "yes allow me a sec setting an account for [another @Chicks worker]"

4:09 - @Chicks tells @YanLiLi to meet customer #1 again and trade them back the 3rd age pickaxe in exchange for 12.06b 07, and @Chicks stated they would pay @YanLiLi for the 340m difference - essentially reversing their original trade agreement.

4:16 - @YanLiLi refuses the new proposal, and insists that @Chicks takes the 3rd age pickaxe and trades it to customer #1 for the 12.06b and instead pays them in crypto as originally agreed upon.

After some further back and forth regarding who would take the item/gold, @YanLiLi's account that was holding the 3rd age pickaxe was banned (proof of the account's ban is in a redacted post above for staff).

Before the above trade was initiated, several other gold trades were outsourced from @Chicks to @YanLiLi on the same account @YanLiLi took the 3rd age pickaxe.

There were no terms of service in place, and nothing was discussed prior to the start of the trade regarding what was to happen if any of the accounts were banned during this trade.

@Chicks @Gissel @YanLiLi - please let me know if anything stated above is incorrect or if any other pertinent information is missing before we proceed.

and i told Chicks worker some times that because he not take back the item he will be responsible if the item been banned.

 

After reviewing this report and discussing it with other staff, I have come to the following ruling;


@Chicks / @Gissel will not be held liable for any debt here due to the following;

• It is impossible for staff to verify whether or not the item was on the account at the time the account was banned.
• Multiple other RWTs were conducted on the account in a short time frame before the account's ban.
• No Terms of Service were agreed upon prior to the start of the trade.

However, @Gissel will be receiving a Trade with Caution (TWC) rank for poor trading practices. Specifically for attempting to reverse the transaction mid-trade and refusing to pay @YanLiLi at the .24/m rate they originally agreed upon.

Since @Chicks is already banned from multiple other reports, this report will be added to their ban reason to be considered if they ever decide to request a pardon.
