I apologize for the secondary post, I decided to hit you guys with everything at once so this will have to be re-reviewed by everyone, I added further clarity to several points and established a more direct picture for everyone. Please see the deleted secondary post.

 

Staff see the last post for detailed accounting of the damages. Keep in mind the wide-reaching perspective of this and that they are really only part of what is possible to be claimed.
