Sounds like a cool idea but it'd be hard and I don't really know if people would be willing to switch worlds, etc, for wagers when people stake 1m-500m just from flower games and IRC Dicing. Maybe this would work for small wagers but idk about serious gamblers. Either way, Good Luck Mate.

 

Thanks. Although it may be somewhat annoying, the world switching is there to make sure that the game is 100% fair. People might also see it as more skill based, rather than blind luck, and a nice, fun change from flowers.

 

You could always have them teleport to a random city, instead of them world switching. It would take much less time. They can give the users' the teletab.

 

Actually thought quite a while about this exact idea and even asked some people on their opinions between the two. We concluded that people may get annoyed because the boundaries would be confusing from spot to spot. Also people would complain whether or not they got a "better" area to find the chest. (Bigger, smaller etc.) but it isn't completely out of the picture for the future.

 

We are in need of hosts, so feel free to join the FC and ask for any more needed information if you're interested.

most ingenious idea i have heard in a long time, thing is i can see how people coould cheat or whatever.

think if it was like a 10b pot im sure they would get their whole clan to go every p2p world g.e to make sure they know exactly where it is lol

 

Thanks. Definitely took a very long time to get everything figured out for the game, but we will also continue to perfect it even more as time goes on.

 

The ultimate flaw with this game is with the hosts themselves, and there is absolutely no way to correct it:
1b wager, the host calls it himself on another account, and then he automatically wins

 

I mean, it's just like scamming at any other game. It's all about getting trusted hosts, hopefully some from sythe.

 

trusted hosts or not. people would still be scared for that+the fact that the game takes like what... 10 minutes? flowers = 10seconds.

 

Yeah you can say they're trusted hosts and all, but there's no way to actually tell or get caught. It's far too risky of a game to host.

 

It's a nice idea of a new game, but really people are looking for simple games that take as little time as possible.
I do not think this game would be popular. More of an idea to do a hide'n'seek like giveaway in a friends chat.

 

Well there will be a few ways to play, some of which don't take as much time. There is a game type where one player meets anothers wager, and the host plants a chest with a pin and key, with 90% of the pot. The host gives them each a key, and sets the pin 1-50. The first to get the pin gets the money. This is a less fun type, but will take a lot less time.

 

Haven't quite started this whole thing up yet, waiting to get a fair amount of trusted hosts to start off strong. Post here if you're interested at all, and I can answer any questions.

The host can easily scam, flower game everyone can see it but you can just bring another account and dig up correct place..

Dicing game is simple and easy. In my opinion unless you got an extremely big name for yourself this has no chance of making it.

 

As I've said before, we'll work hard to get only trusted hosts, and hopefully be able to tell if any of that is going on.
