Explanation of the trade:

I hired a guy to complete a task for me and agreed to pay him 60$ per account, for a total of 120$ (2 accounts). I even advanced him 45$ upfront. However, when the task was started, it was done poorly and carelessly - by poorly and carelessly I mean he only logged into the account just to steal my RSGP (40M).
When I asked for updates on the progress, he acted like a big shot and told me that I shouldn't tell him what to do and that he didn't have to meet my standards, even though he is being paid to do the job as I instruct. He even had the nerve to demand that I go to sleep, as you can see in the attached pictures. I am furious.
I am extremely upset with this guy. He scammed me and then had the audacity to act so arrogantly. I do not recommend doing business with this individual. He is nothing but a scam artist.

How they scammed:

Took my $45 (via BTC) and my 40m 07GP and pretended someone was logged into the account (when it was either him on another RS client or his friend).

They lied about doing 3 quests before going to bed last night but I checked and no quests were done. Then this morning they made up some BS about "refusing to do the service as I am impatient" and asked for my wallet to refund.

Then they started asking other people in their server for money to pay me back.

The boy asks for a ds2 service from scratch, I charge him $60 for an account. He wanted 2 accounts, it would be $120. Then he made the decision to do 2 accounts, he would pay half the work, which would be $60. but he said I'll pay you $45 and it starts with an account I told him perfect. He blames me because he lost 40m of the account if he never sent me a capture of the account saying that there are 40m. He blames me for that 40m I told him it wasn't me, he couldn't enter the account, he put an authenticator and 8m supply. but the person is very annoying, he writes to me a lot, I only did one quest to the account, I hate him like he writes me SPAM every time. THE PROBLEM, he paid me and I went to buy food with $45. But after all that I'm telling you, I cancel the job and he asks me for $45 and he blames me for cheating the $40m and it was never me. I also told him that I would cancel the job, but he gave me time to give me the money, I reported to sythe and well, I have that problem, I lost a client and some work. I know I'm guilty but I don't refuse to pay the $45. What not to pay is the 40m that I never stole, I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir
