    I've been directed here by @Moes in an effort to recover my account. I believe the account was banned after it was hacked from in order to avoid abuse.

    Sorry for the late reply! Please post a virus scan and a new non-yahoo email address that you would like associated with your sythe account. I'll then send an email request change to the admins, who will then send you a password reset email.
