I currently have a level 71 ranged tank with 80 nearly 81 ranged.
It's got 40 defence, 44 prayer, 41 attack and strength.

Here's the catch, it's got six months of membership on it...
Anyone know how much it would go for with the membership on it?

$65-$110, coinciding with your statement that it has 6 months of membership; furthermore, if each month of membership is equivalent to $5, the 6 months X $5 = $30. The account has a decent range level, however if you were to state how much money the account had / total level, I would be able to give you a more precise, educated calculation. But with the information given, this account wouldn't go for more than $110 dollars, or less than $65. Be sure to take many other calculated guesses before finally selling it for a set price.
