cheaprs2gold.com scammers or not?

i have had alot of problems with them i bough an account back in january 23rd and i have only just got it on 1st april there has been so many problems e.g them ringing me and putting the phone down etc. but on the other hand i have bought gold off this site before and had no problems what so ever.
