I was also talking to him and he said he had 4 other buyers. I negotiated the price down to .7/mil immediately which is less than the post above. I was going first, and he did not want to go in increments under $30... I conversed for about 20 minutes with him, and his other buyers would most likely been much less suspicious of him.
If he were me I'd have gone with lured yah(the poster above) who was offering the full price from the start.
