If you have not completed the quests In Search of the Myreque and Ghosts Ahoy then it will cost you an extra $0.50 per run.

Each run I will use around 1-4 Prayer potions, a super set, good armour, a good weapon, and the rest of your inventory will be filled with Sharks (I only use an average of 3 Sharks and 2 Prayer potions per run on my main).

On average, you will obtain 40k gp worth of stuff per run, unless you're lucky enough to get a Barrows piece.
