Cheap Pins?

OKAY. So all these people have these so-called pin shops for runescape members. On the RS website, they sell them for like $8. So what's the catch. How do these people sell them for $3 and not lose money? Do they make up some random pin numbers. Any answers would help. Thanks.

 

They have methods of getting like free pins for pins for very cheap so say some how they sms for only $1 they sell for $5 profit!

They are obv doing something illegal, And having it as 3$ so people actually buys..
