Yeah I talked to Nick. I didn't know it needed an Official Verifier. I'll just put it like that but I suggest you to verify through an Official Verifier so that it's really legit. But from IMO, it's legit. Sorry for the trouble because I didn't know about the Official Verifiers.

And also, I've made a new PayPal just to verify it. That's not my real PayPal.
