    they cant put a cast on it because its broke to close to my shoulder.

    umm im not a leacher ive paid to get a cape then i got somone alse to get me a cape and i wanted another one.. but mich taking so long and so im asking for a refund... if you dont belive me ill post pics of that i have paid.
