Final Edit:
After a complication with his situation at home ry4nev4ns has amicably given me a refund.
He did offer me continued service now that he has settled but I chose the refund.

 

I have messaged you many times pixelnaut, explaining the situation. I have not been home and the stacked orders are getting hectic, the person boosting your account was one of my NA boosters with very high ping, I have returned home, i can now play EUW, and i have hired EUW boosters. I have given you the choice of a full refund, or a continued boost that will be finished Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience but i have explained this multiple times. I never would want to make a customer un-happy. I hope you understand.... And i have told you this, i don't know why your complaining when i said it would take time, since the account was bad MMR when i was handed it. You agreed that it would take time.
-This will not happen with any other orders. I am now home and can manage and play with good high speed internet.

 

Besides this unfortunate order, i will be taking orders today. Again, this has only happened due to not being home, where i can comfortably manage this company. Thank you for understanding.
