-40 Defence
-70 Ranged
-44 Prayer

If u are unsure what equipment and food you need then just leave your account at the grand exchange with at least 500k+
Getting u a cape will take 2-3 hours.
This is what u need to get:

Head slot: Verac's full helm -> proselyte full helm -> initiate full helm -> neitiznot -> mitre
Neck slot: Amulet of fury -> amulet of glory -> amulet of power -> stole
Torso slot: Armadyl chestplate -> Karil's leathertop -> black d'hide top
Leg slot: Veracs plateskirt -> proselyte skirt/legs -> initiate skirt/legs -> armadyl plateskirt
Boots slot: Ranger boots -> bandos boots -> white boots -> snakeskin boots -> frog leather boots
Gloves slot: Barrows -> dragon -> regen bracelet -> Black vambraces
Ring slot: Archers ring -> explorers ring -> none
Weapon slot: Rune crossbow
Shield slot: Dragonfire shield -> Blessed spirit shield -> Spirit shield -> Falador shield 3 -> God book -> Rune kiteshield
Ammunition slot: Rune bolts -> Broad -> adamant

Inventory*:
1 Prayer potion
1 Ranging potion
7 Saradomin Brews
19 Super Restores.

*When wearing Black D'hide chaps and snakeskin boots, please also have dragon or rune platelegs and dragon or rune boots in inventory.

The brews are for health restore,
The restores are for prayer restore and stat restore after drinking a brew.
If u dont get hit too mutch, u wont need too mutch brews. I dont get hit too much
