I've heard Moneybookers isn't 100% safe, how do people do this and how can I prevent it from happening?

Is it similar to PP in that, a dispute will be opened and you provide proof you gave them the goods?

There's no chargebacks unless a Moneybookers account has been misused by someone other than the owner of the account, in which case that is fraud.

Well, in rare cases if someone complains that they have been hacked MoneyBookers will take the money from your account in serious cases and they also sometimes shut your account down for good after 1 dispute as it has happened to someone I know who lost 300 dollars due to a scammer. But for small payments you shouldn't have any problems, I used it a lot and have had 5K GBP go though my account from various PlayerAuctions payments and the odd private sale when I use to sell Habbo. They also are a bitch about ID limitations so expect to get limited as they do it to everyone pretty much, took me 3 attempts at sending my ID in to get my account unlocked as I didn't have a scanner so had to take the picture by hand.

TL;DR - There is no dispute option, all disputes are for serious matters and are handled case by case by ringing MoneyBookers.

Ah okay. From what you have said it sounds like if they opt to do that, then I don't have much chance apart from providing screenshots of the trade being successful. Is there any other way I could try and prevent this from happening?

You can't dispute for non receiving goods etc etc only unauthorized payments by ringing MoneyBookers. I used a personal account, so not sure about a business account and how that works.

Moneybookers most of the time side with the payee receiver, opposed to the sender; unlike paypal. However, if you're being paid with a hacked Moneybookers account, there is nothing you can do, and you will lose the funds.
