Blatant disregard for sythe rules

Second Violation: 3-day forum ban from the particular forum in which you were over-bumping

On skype his business partner specifically told me that he does not care about bump infractions since they apparently "expire" after 1 month. This user often reports other people for bump violations so should be held accountable for his actions.
