Wasn't sure where to ask this, but I think this forum seems appropriate enough.
Anyway, a couple months back I sold an RS account. Just today, the buyer initiated a chargeback. However, we did the claim and cancel method, so PayPal is apparently going to deal with the credit card company themselves. Here's their response to me:
When I read this, it implies to me that PayPal will manage the entire dispute themselves and I will end up with my money intact. However, I'd like someone more experienced to let me know whether or not I have anything to worry about, and if I should just close my account and rid myself of the problem.

Paypal said:The buyer has chosen to file a chargeback with the card issuer. Because you have already done your part to help with this investigation by using our Resolution Center, you can consider this matter resolved.
You do not need to participate in this investigation; PayPal will deal directly with the credit card company on your behalf and will absorb any costs involved. However, we might email you at a later date with a request for more information about this transaction. If this happens, we will certainly appreciate your prompt response.
