The story:

The user in question charged me back 2 weeks ago and I had no proof due to it being on my other skype that is currently locked. I was not able to dispute him on Sythe or on PP due to having no evidence.

The user pmed me again today wanting to buy gp. I asked him to pm me his PP email and this is what he sent me
