Character Creation Bot?

You can't have an individual bot do this for you since the account creation process is done through an applet now. Standalone bots would before use something called POST data to send information to the Jagex servers and create the account. Now, as people have mentioned above, since the account creation is done through an applet the only possible way to get automated account creation is with a script.
