Changing recoveries question?

Along time ago , my account got stolen by this e-fag. I didn't care that it did since I thought I was done with runescape anyway. Well I got it back recently through my email(idiot didn't change my email associated with the account.)I changed the email to it to some random email account I made specifically for it. Just recently I remembered I didn't change the recoveries , but it gives you no option for it since , I have a email address on it. Is there anyway to do so?

 

email [email protected] and provide the original recoveries and say that you think someone has seen them. they will reset the JAG page and you can start over
