Change XBox Password with Modio

In a scam a guy changed my password and email to my gt about 2 years ago. I tried swapping the gt, but it requires me to enter my password to update the billing info I think. I found this tutorial on how to change my password with modio and some other things but the tutorial doesn't provide much detail and I desperately need this. If you've forgotten or lost access to your XBOX Live account then you'd be better off contacting Microsoft about it seeing as they hold your account details.
