Change name to inactive user's name

[Mayfieldiv]

Who should I get in contact with concerning another account with 0 posts that's 2 year old with my preferred name? I wish to change my name to that account's name and have that one deleted.

We only currently allow this for staff members and $300+ donators.

PS: Up All Night is great
