Not getting my Password reset email?

    Not getting my Password reset email?
    Haven't been on in a few months and it said "my password was the same for 6 months blah" so I sent the request. For some reason in my email I got the your login details email where it says click here to reset your password but when I do that my new password email never comes. It's not a problem with my email because they both get sent from the same sending email address and I am receiving the one email, just not the next ;(
