Report/post/reason that got you banned: Scamming

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I would say no, but I remember awhile back I googled my name just for business reasons, and I saw that a thread came up from Sythe from 2011 and that the account I had 'JaredTheBeast' was banned, here is the thread:

I have no idea why I was banned back in 2011 but I'm going to guess it was for trying to scam a maxed out Runescape account according to that thread.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Hello Community and Staff, I would like to apologize for my actions that took place recently and would like to apologize sincerely to the member I scammed 'Rylo'. I am going to be completely honest with the events that took place. Recently I came back to Sythe because I found out they had a Steam section for account selling and item trading, I saw that a member that goes by the name 'NREM' (WHO IS NOW BANNED) was selling Steam low digits which I always dreamed of having and didn't even know they existed until I came back to Sythe, I contacted the member NREM and spoke with him about selling one of his rare 3 digits, we spoke over Skype for a couple hours and decided on a I think it was either a $700 or $800 deal, I wanted to do PayPal for safety reasons on my end and he convinced me to do Skrill which I never heard of until he told me, he convinced me and I ended up doing it, he got his $800 and I got my 3 digit account, I was so happy and ended up adding funds and everything on my new 3 digit account. After a week of using it I got a messaged when I logged onto it telling me to contact Steam Support on a red tab bar. I contacted support and they told me I needed the CD Keys to verify ownership of the account, I gave them the CD Keys NREM gave me and they were obviously wrong. So I was $800.00 down the drain and down a 3 Digit Steam account I very much enjoyed using in my spare time. I came back to the forums to buy another 3 digit account and posted a thread letting the community know I was intrested in purchasing another 3 Digit SteamID. Within 12 hours a member contacted me with 0 posts his username was Rylo, he verified the account and proved he had it in his possesion. I figured this guy was a scammed with 0 posts and figured he was banned before and he created a new account, so I decided to take advantage of him and try to get him to think he's getting the money and have him send me over his login information so I can hijack his account. I succesfuly took his account and blocked him on Skype, a week later I now regret it and wish I could take it all back and apologize. I know what I did was wrong and I was just trying to recover from what happened to me before. I would just like to apologize to the member 'Rylo' I scammed and the community and staff. This isn't like me at all I'm really a nice person and trusted person, I was just being an idiot and wanted revenge for what NREM did to me. I run my own business my website is ExcelXotics.com I sell Luxury and Exotic cars in Miami, FL. I could've easily bought the account off Rylo I was just scared that the same thing would happen again. Please accept my apology and allow me to use the forums again and be apart of the community. You have my promise that nothing like this would happen again. Thanks and take care!

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes, I read it and understood everything.
